Drumoak lies mid-way between Crathes and Peterculter and straddles the main A93, Aberdeen to Banchory Road. It has undergone several stages of expansion in the last 25 years and is currently being significantly enlarged again. There is a pub, village shop, village hall, church and primary school. Located nearby is Drum Castle. The Drumoak website lists many local links and provides information for both residents and visitors.
